From its conception \u2014 through public affairs assignments with national and EU institutions \u2014 to its implementation in legal instruments and contracts, and finally to its application by administrative and judicial authorities, including through representing and assisting its clients before the French administration, the European Commission, and national and European courts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Public affairs:<\/strong> promoting and defending the interests of professional organisations before French and European public authorities. Since its establishment, the firm has developed expertise in public affairs at both French and EU levels. This approach has been prioritised in order to provide clients with a comprehensive service, from the drafting of legislation through to its application.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advice and support:<\/strong> advising European, national and regional professional organisations in the agricultural and agri-food sectors, as well as in liberal and regulated professions, from their creation and throughout their existence, in relation to the full body of national and EU legislative and regulatory provisions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Representation and defence:<\/strong> defending clients\u2019 interests before all types of judicial and administrative courts, as well as before the French Competition Authority (<em>Autorit\u00e9 de la concurrence<\/em>), the Court of Auditors (<em>Cour des comptes<\/em>), professional orders, and the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A European Partner Firm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through their education and professional experience, <strong>Alinea, Avocats Associ\u00e9s<\/strong>\u2019 lawyers apply both a national and a European approach to their practice: monitoring EU legislation, understanding
